Create a team
You need to be a member of at least one team. If you just signed up you would need to create a team. The name must be unique across the site. You can change it later if you want.

Tracks
These are the subtitles but we use the term tracks because tracks can have different kinds of text data and one of them is subtitles. The others are captions, chapters, metadata and descriptions.
This page shows a list of all tracks that have been uploaded by your team. You can see if a track is available to public or not, if it was made by a human or a machine, language, etc.

Upload track
A track belongs to exactly one media identified by URL. This is the URL where video is located. You need to specify how was the track made. If it was reviewed by a human for accuracy then choose Human otherwise choose Machine. Supported files are .srt and .vtt.
All uploaded tracks have a draft status. To make it available to public you need to change the status to published.

Update track
On this page you can change various details about the track. This is also the place where you can make the track public or not. At the bottom of the page is a section for your private notes. You can change the name of the media but if you change the url the name would be reverted.
